Terms of Service

Effective September 20, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

EchoReply is operated by Chase Baker, doing business as EchoReply (“EchoReply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Chase Baker, doing business as EchoReply.

By creating an EchoReply account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and the owner of a business listing or expressly authorized by that owner to manage every Google Business Profile location you connect.

Service

EchoReply monitors eligible new Google reviews, produces constrained AI reply drafts, provides editing and approval controls, and submits authorized replies through Google's Business Profile API. Polling is periodic, not instantaneous. Provider availability, permissions, policy, quota, review state, moderation, and network conditions may delay or prevent a draft or post.

Manual approval is the default. Automatic four- and five-star replies require separate, specific authorization for each location and use disclosed generic wording. EchoReply may pause or reject any draft or post that cannot be processed safely.

Your responsibilities

  • • Keep account access secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • • Connect only locations you are authorized to manage and maintain valid Google permissions.
  • • Review public reply text for truthfulness, appropriateness, and compliance before approval.
  • • Do not submit patient records, protected health information, passwords, illegal material, malware, harassment, impersonation, deceptive endorsements, or content that infringes another person's rights.
  • • Do not use EchoReply to create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, evade provider limits, or violate Google policies.

AI and professional compliance

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for every reply you edit or approve and for determining the laws, professional rules, privacy duties, advertising standards, and platform policies that apply to your business. EchoReply is not legal, medical, compliance, or reputation-management advice and does not represent that the service is HIPAA compliant.

Price and billing

The standard price is $50 USD per connected location per month, plus applicable taxes shown by Stripe. Your selected location count and base monthly subtotal are shown before initial Checkout; Stripe shows the final total. Adding a paid location requires your confirmation of an estimated immediate proration and the new base monthly subtotal. Stripe determines the final tax, credits, adjustments, and charge. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Location reductions are scheduled for the current paid period's end. Immediate Google disconnect erases that location's retained workflow data and triggers billing reconciliation; it does not create a prorated credit unless Stripe or applicable law requires one. The Customer Portal permits subscription cancellation at period end. EchoReply will not reverse a scheduled cancellation when you change locations; reopen the subscription in the portal first. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by EchoReply. Safeguards attempt to cancel and refund an invalid or late Checkout activation, but you should contact us if a charge appears incorrect.

Optional SMS review alerts

By checking the separate SMS consent box and verifying your mobile number, you agree to receive automated EchoReply account notifications when new review drafts are ready. Message frequency varies with new drafts. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, or manage SMS in Settings. For support, email hi@echoreply.app. After opting out, re-enable alerts through Settings and verify your number again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. After you separately consent with ENABLE REVIEWS, you can read reviews and exact reply drafts, submit replacement wording, approve publication, dismiss reviews, and request status entirely by text. That command also accepts the updated Terms and Privacy notice linked in the disclosure. Read every numbered part before approving. YES followed by the unique draft code authorizes the exact displayed reply for Google; editing produces a new code and requires another approval. A queued or submitted reply is not confirmation of publication. You are responsible for access to your verified phone and must disable SMS or report a lost or reassigned number promptly. Initial account, Google, billing, and phone setup may require the website.

Third-party services

Google, Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, hosting, and related providers operate under their own terms and policies. You authorize EchoReply to use them as described in the Privacy Policy. EchoReply does not control their availability, moderation decisions, security, pricing, or policy changes and may change or discontinue affected functionality when necessary to remain compliant.

Suspension and termination

We may pause processing or access when billing is inactive or inconsistent, consent expires or is withdrawn, authorization is lost, deletion is pending, use creates security or legal risk, or these Terms or provider policies may have been violated. You may cancel billing, disconnect locations, or request account deletion in Settings. Subscription cancellation takes effect at period end and does not delete your account. Account deletion instead ends access immediately and starts subscription cancellation and data cleanup; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of unused time. The refund terms above and any rights required by law still apply. The Privacy Policy explains which billing, support, and recovery records may remain. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoReply is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular response time, acceptance by Google, higher search ranking, improved rating, customer acquisition, revenue, legal compliance, or that AI output will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoReply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or third-party platform action arising from the service. EchoReply's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify EchoReply from third-party claims arising from your connected listings, your content or approved replies, lack of authorization, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by EchoReply's own misconduct.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented in the service, and continued data processing may require renewed acceptance. Questions or billing disputes should be sent promptly to hi@echoreply.app without including credentials, review text, or patient information.
