Review the draft
After a safe baseline, EchoReply checks roughly hourly. A new eligible review creates a constrained draft and an email alert.

Edit in the dashboard, approve, and EchoReply verifies the review has not changed before posting once to Google.

Safe initial baseline
Older reviews and reviews with an existing owner reply are not drafted or posted.
Checks plus owner review
Drafts must pass automated checks before you see them. Those checks cannot catch every privacy, accuracy, or compliance issue, so you remain responsible for reviewing the exact public wording.
Failure-aware posting
Before retrying, EchoReply checks Google to avoid overwriting or duplicating a reply.
Optional high-rating automation
Off by default. With separate consent, only generic four- and five-star replies can post automatically.

Know before you connect
Which Google permissions are requested?
EchoReply requests openid to confirm the stable Google account identifier granting access, plus business.manage to list locations, read new reviews, and post only replies you authorize or separately enable for high ratings. It does not request your Google email or profile from this connection.
Why might I sign into Google twice?
The first Google flow identifies your EchoReply account through Supabase. The second grants Business Profile access and may use a different Google account if that is the one managing your locations.
What happens to review content?
New review content is used for the visible drafting workflow and expires from EchoReply within 30 days. It is never sent to the ad conversion event. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is this a medical-record or compliance system?
No. Do not place protected health information in your edits. EchoReply does not promise HIPAA compliance, legal compliance, rankings, ratings, or revenue outcomes.
Ready to verify your first location?
Select a verified profile with Reviews API access first. Review the base monthly subtotal second. Stripe shows the final total, including applicable tax, before payment.
